The Bradninch Players started over fifteen years ago with the aim of presenting mostly new and original theatre, and having a lot of fun in the process. We are a loose group of people keen on making fools of ourselves in public while hopefully providing some entertainment. In the early days we produced a couple of pantomimes ‘Jurassic Panto’ and ‘Captain Codswallop’, and lately have done several comedy pieces, as well as a number of more serious offerings and one classic ‘Gaslight’.

In recent years we have produced a musical play to coincide with the Bradninch Music Festival. This year’s production is called ‘Diamonds are for Trevor’ a thrilling tale of espionage and skulduggery. It is the week before the Diamond Jubilee. Trevor, younger brother to James Bond, gets mixed up in a dastardly plot involving diamonds, a corgi, a secret weapon, beautiful women, some songs and a power-crazed lunatic.
