Welcome to Bradninch Events, the web site for music and art in Bradninch.
Situated in the beautiful Culm Valley near Exeter in Devon, Bradninch is a thriving small community that has a well deserved reputation for innovative and exciting music and arts events.
The Bradninch music Festival is back to its regular fixture on the second weekend of June (7th, 8th & 9th June) when the Devon Duchy town fills its venues, pubs and streets with a unique blend of original and popular entertainments. This year the Friday night will open at the Guildhall with the popular and enigmatic band Our Wife Now; who will apply their seductive musical charms on the audience before they are willingly high jacked by one of last years great successes; The Chicken Slacks, an alternative country, rockabilly and Americana band from East Devon with so much drive that dancing will be irresistible. Saturday night at the Guildhall will again get people dancing with the return of Rosie Eade with the Rosie Eade Band and Elephant Talk. Elephant Talk is a popular dance band on the festival circuit; “hugely uplifting instrumental music for the head, heart and dance floor”. Now joined by the singers Sarah and Andrea the group has taken on a whole new image and sound that simply put, looks and sounds divine! They mix many musical influences into a fusion of sound and original lyrics.
